"control freaked" and lethbridge

I stayed at the Blackfoot Inn for the last two days, saw my old time friend Nathan, and read Mark Breslin's book "Control Freaked". It was great to see Nathan, and Breslin's book is really good. I found him to be very relatable, and it is always nice to hear other people have fucked up too. I found the adventure with Ginni in Paris particularly funny, in a cringing kinda of way. Never has the phrase, "just friends" been so crushing. Breslin's perspectives on stand up I found to be inspiring and very honest.

The waitress at the pub here is a big fan of the Merrit Mountain Music Festival. I performed there in 2002 and 2004, at the beer gardens. Thats how I met Anne Murray, Alan Jackson, and Brooks and Dunn. There are photos from those shows on my photo gallery, and the two topless pictures are from the the Coldwater River, where all the cowgirls frolic during the festival.

Now I am running around trying to pay bills and the Markus Bouvier and I a driving to Lethbridge, to do the show there. At least its not Remembrance Day. One time I did the show then and the place was full of soldiers who ended up brawling through the show. Oh well. Tonight should be fine. There is always a risk when winter driving, so I want everybody I love to know I still do, and everybody I hate, I forgive you. PHew - got that covered. And Gary - thanks for the soup.
