Birthday and Easter Bunny

So last week was a doozy, having surgery, my birthday and Easter. Here are some shots of friends that cam eover for my birthday, and then kevin foxx got me to play theEaster Bunny on his radio show, which was alot of fun. My car isn't needing work, and I am having to take it easy after the surgery, so haven't been able to get out to any shows or anything. The last chance slam is next monday, and right now I'm in second last spot to make the semi's, so I am hoping to be able to get out to the last slam, to at least go down swinging. I have recieved many well wishes from across the country from friends and colleagues. It is always nice to know that even if we don't always get along, people do care, even in Toronto. Well, made it through the turbulence of last week, and so now i'm pretty much just in recovery mode. My car's on the fritz, so this is forcing me to stick around home, which is probably the best thing to do at this point. the surgery was similar to a hernia, so it'll take awhile to be back. i really don't know whats coming up as far as treatment goes, but its not gonna be fun. My pal Janet is in town so I'm gonna go limp down to the Sunset Grill for lunch.
